First of all i am going to say....
HAPPY 44th NATIONAL DAY!
Today we went to MOF sweets & coffee.
I ordered a Kani Ebikko Bento.
It consist of Ebikko, crabmeat in mayo,egg & cucumber.
It was simple yet nice.
However the best is yet to come....
THIS IS THE BEST!

Today again we went to ION orchard....
We tried AOBA Hokkaido Ramen.
It was average.....
The soup was a bit salty....
maybe the soup base i chose was soya .....
Other than that evrything was fine.

今天第一次到ION orchard.
逛了逛,觉得这家购物中心大的不得了!
所以我们决定吃完晚餐在回家。
所以我们决定吃完晚餐在回家。
我们一致决定到鹿港小鎮享用晚餐。
整个用餐环境能用热闹来形容。
我们花了将近10 分钟才挤进去。
不过一切都是值得的。
我最喜欢的一道菜是妈妈苹果鸡。

今天到了红锅。这家店主要卖的是过桥面线。
你知道吗?过桥面线有个典故喔。。。
过桥面线源于滇南蒙自,拥有百多年历史。
传说有个秀才妻子为了不让
刻苦读书而废寝忘食的秀才丈夫饿肚子,
刻苦读书而废寝忘食的秀才丈夫饿肚子,
经常过桥到湖心小岛送饭菜给丈夫。
不过丈夫仍然看书,送去的饭菜仍原封不动,妻子只好把饭菜取回重热。
有一次,妻子杀了一只母鸡,用砂锅熬好后送去然后发现面线依然热乎乎的。
原来有層鸡油和陶土器 皿拥有保温作用的缘故。
从此妻子便采用这方法把米,肉片,蔬菜等放在鸡汤中,趁热给丈夫食用。
后来不少人用着创新方式的作法吃面,过桥面线从此流传开来。
书生便称这种吃法为“过桥面线”。
经过现代滇味厨师不断改进创新,过桥面线已成了云南一道著名小吃。
